简单说：好用是全自动的文件处理工具，没有人工服务。结果不保证完全准确，重要内容请自己核对。点数预付、所有工具通用、12 个月内有效、不自动续费。
1. 服务说明
haoyong.app（"好用"，"我们"）提供在线文件处理工具，包括批量抠图、发票和收据识别、音视频转字幕等。所有处理都由程序和模型自动完成，没有人工参与，也不提供人工修改服务。使用本网站即表示你同意这些条款。
2. 结果准确性
处理结果由模型自动产生，可能存在错误、遗漏或格式问题。我们不保证结果准确、完整或适合任何特定用途。发票金额、税额、字幕文字等重要信息，请在使用前自行核对。因依赖处理结果造成的任何损失，我们不承担责任。
3. 你的责任
- 只上传你有权使用和处理的文件。
- 不上传违法内容、侵犯他人版权或隐私的内容，或未经他人同意的个人敏感信息。
- 不尝试攻击、滥用或绕过服务的限制（包括用脚本批量刷免费额度）。
违反以上规定的，我们可以拒绝处理、删除相关文件或停止你的使用资格。
4. 免费额度
免费用户每天有少量处理次数，任务进入队列按顺序处理，完成后通过邮件通知。免费任务的完成时间不作保证。免费额度的次数和规则可能随时调整。
5. 点数与付款
- 点数需要预先购买，所有工具通用，按每个任务的处理成本扣除。每个工具扣多少点，会在提交任务前显示。
- 点数自购买之日起 12 个月内有效，过期作废。不会自动续费，也不会自动扣款。
- 付款由第三方支付服务商（如 Stripe）处理，我们不保存你的银行卡信息。
- 如果任务因我们的原因处理失败，扣除的点数会自动退回。
- 未使用的点数包，购买后 14 天内可以申请全额退款；已经开始使用的点数包不予退款，但法律另有规定的除外。

7. 服务变更
我们可能新增、修改或下线某些工具，也可能调整价格。价格调整不影响你已经购买的点数。如果我们永久停止服务，会提前通知，并退还未使用点数对应的金额。
8. 责任限制
在法律允许的最大范围内，我们对你的全部赔偿责任，不超过你在提出索赔前 12 个月内向我们支付的总金额。我们不对间接损失、利润损失或数据损失承担责任。
9. 适用法律
本条款适用加拿大曼尼托巴省法律及其适用的加拿大联邦法律。
10. 条款更新
我们可能更新这些条款。重大变更会在网站上提前公告；更新后继续使用，即表示你接受新的条款。

Terms of Service

In short: haoyong.app is a fully automated file-processing service with no human support staff. Results aren't guaranteed to be accurate, so check anything important. Credits are prepaid, work across every tool, last 12 months, and never auto-renew.
1. The service
haoyong.app ("haoyong", "we") provides online file-processing tools, including batch background removal, receipt and invoice extraction, and audio/video transcription. All processing is done automatically by software and models. There is no human review and no manual editing service. By using this site you agree to these terms.
2. Accuracy of results
Results are produced automatically and may contain errors, omissions or formatting problems. We do not guarantee that results are accurate, complete or fit for any particular purpose. Please check important information, such as invoice totals, tax amounts and subtitle text, before relying on it. We are not liable for any loss caused by relying on results.
3. Your responsibilities
- Only upload files you have the right to use and process.
- Don't upload illegal content, content that infringes others' copyright or privacy, or other people's sensitive personal information without their consent.
- Don't attack, abuse or circumvent the service's limits (including scripting free-tier usage).
If you break these rules we may refuse to process jobs, delete the related files, or end your access.
4. Free tier
Free users get a small number of jobs per day. Free jobs wait in a queue, are processed in order, and you're notified by email when they're done. We don't guarantee completion times for free jobs, and free-tier limits may change at any time.
5. Credits and payment
- Credits are prepaid, work across all tools, and are charged per job based on processing cost. The number of credits a job will use is shown before you submit it.
- Credits are valid for 12 months from purchase and then expire. Nothing renews or charges you automatically.
- Payments are handled by a third-party payment processor (such as Stripe). We never store your card details.
- If a job fails because of a problem on our side, its credits are refunded automatically.
- You can request a full refund for an unused credit pack within 14 days of purchase. Credit packs that have been partly used are not refundable, except where the law requires otherwise.
6. Files and privacy
How we handle your files and personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Changes to the service
We may add, change or retire tools, and we may change prices. Price changes don't affect credits you've already bought. If we permanently shut down the service, we'll give advance notice and refund the value of unused credits.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or lost data.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Manitoba and the federal laws of Canada applicable there.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll announce material changes on the site in advance. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the new terms.
